Bookings & Payment

All bookings are confirmed via written communication (WhatsApp, email, or our booking form). A booking is only confirmed once you receive written confirmation from us.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

We understand plans change. Our policy is designed to be fair to both sides.

We retain booking records for 6 years (HMRC requirement). Service Passport records are kept for the duration of your relationship with us plus 2 years. You may request deletion of non-statutory data at any time.
